Charities Helping Charities

There are many charities and non-profits out there but not many who help each other. The Pilot Club of Dallas and The Achievement Center of Texas work together to support fundraising to meet the needs of many disabled children and adults in the Dallas area.
They had a great silent auction, live entertainment and good food. Now, it’s time to get ready for the Achievement Center event on April 10, 2010. I must say we are praying for better weather. Last year we had a great turnout in spite of the inclement weather which plagued the evening. If you remember that was the night that the Dallas Cowboys practice tent was torn down by the wind. I have more pictures and will be posting them soon on a special page.

April 10, Is Just Around the Corner!
The event is quickly approaching. All of our volunteers are as busy as little beavers working to get everything just right! You’re welcome to join us. Tickets are $100.00 each. There will be lots of prizes and activities and a sit-down dinner will be served. You can email committee@actgala.com for more information.
